Healing Arts

My path as a healer began with a feeling—an unshakable knowing I first experienced in the back of my mother’s station wagon when I was five years old. Even then, I could sense energy, emotion, and something deeper moving through the world around me. I’ve carried that quiet awareness with me my whole life, and it's become the foundation of the work I do today.

I officially began my journey with Reiki, which felt less like learning and more like remembering. Over time, I earned my Reiki Master certification and developed a strong connection to the subtle energy body. That work led me into four months of shamanic training, where I learned energetic extractions and soul retrieval—practices that opened up an even deeper way of working with others. I followed that with four months of end-of-life shamanic work, learning to hold space for transition, grief, and healing in its most profound forms.

Through that training, I realized I wanted to be able to physically hold people in those moments of deep vulnerability. The best path forwards was to become a licensed massage therapist—so I went to school. There, I discovered even more of my natural abilities. My hands remembered what my heart had always known, and I found new ways to connect, ground, and support the healing process.

Now, I offer light touch and rebalancing massage, swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and energetic bodywork, all held in an intuitive and compassionate space. My sessions are designed to help you rest, realign, and reconnect with the deeper intelligence of your body.

I welcome all bodies and all beings into my practice.. My space is one of inclusion, affirmation, and respect. You are safe, seen, and honored here, exactly as you are.

This work is my calling. It’s where I feel most at home—supporting people on their path, meeting them where they are, and helping them remember the healing that’s already within them.
